Whether you’re planning a guided group trek, wellness retreat, fundraiser, or even a filming project, we welcome your interest—but all organized or commercial use must be approved in advance.
Our trail agreements with private landowners, Regional Plantation Companies (RPCs), local communities, and conservation partners are built on trust. These agreements allow public access as long as events are respectful, low-impact, and aligned with sustainable tourism practices. Unapproved events can risk that trust—and the future of the trail itself.
If you’re organizing any of the following, you’ll need prior approval from The Pekoe Trail Organization:
• Corporate events, retreats, and team-building
• Fundraisers, races, and large group activities
• Filming, photography, and drone use for commercial purposes

Note that the carrying capacity established for a particular group is no more than 100 people per stage per day for groups.
